Our Story
Why we built Map Aware Home
San Pedro is home to thousands of students and workers who commute to Metro Manila, and many of them rent. Finding a place usually meant scrolling through social media posts with no way of knowing if the landlord was real, or if the street floods every rainy season.
Map Aware Home started as a student project in San Pedro, Laguna to fix that. Every landlord and tenant is checked by our team, every listing is pinned on a map with the city's hazard data, and the lease, rent reminders and payment history live in one place for both sides.
What We Do
Everything a rental needs, from search to move-out
Verified people
Landlords submit a valid ID, a selfie and proof of ownership. Tenants submit a valid ID, proof of income and a selfie. Our administrators review each one before the account can list or rent.
Hazard-aware map
See flood-prone areas, the West Valley Fault, evacuation centres and hospitals around each listing, with prices shown right on the map.
Leases and rent
Landlords send a digital lease, tenants accept it online, and rent reminders, payment records and renewals follow automatically.
Messages and repairs
Chat with your landlord or tenant, and send or answer maintenance requests without sharing personal numbers.

- Apply and move inSend a rental request, accept the landlord's lease, and track your rent online.
For landlords
